Mr. Too represents the Principal Secretary, National Treasury. He is a Director of Resource Mobilization in The National Treasury, Resources Mobilization Department. He has over ten years’ experience in resources mobilization, and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi.
