Mrs. Njaggah represents the Kenya Secondary School Heads Association (KESSHA). She is a distinguished educationist, policy practitioner, and institutional leader with over two decades of experience in educational management, governance, and strategic planning. She currently serves as the Chief Principal of Moi Girls’ School, Nairobi, where she oversees institutional operations, academic standards, and administrative policy execution. A dedicated scholar and academic, Mrs. Njaggah holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Planning from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing her PhD at Kenyatta University. Her extensive professional background spans strategic institutional leadership, teacher capacity building, and robust stakeholder engagement aimed at fostering ethical governance and quality education across Kenya’s school system. Beyond her administrative duties at Moi Girls’ School, Mrs. Njaggah has played pivotal roles in shaping national educational initiatives and professional associations. She has served for over ten years as the National Chairperson of the Kenya Science and Engineering Fair (KSEF), where she actively leads efforts to advance Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) learning and innovation among students. She also holds prominent leadership positions within the Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association (KESSHA), including National Vice Organizing Secretary and member of the Regional Executive Leadership. Additionally, she served on the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) World Teachers Day Committee in 2025. Through her alignable expertise with the constitutional mandate of the Teachers Service Commission under Article 237, Mrs. Njaggah brings invaluable insights into teacher management, curriculum-aligned STEM promotion, and system-wide institutional accountability to the KICD Council.
